The good news and the bad news

Well I got the transcriptionist position I applied for. I have to go get my driver's license ASAP since my boss says it's technically a requirement for hire *shuffles papers and pretends she doesn't know* so have to get it when I get back from Indiana. I start the Tuesday after we get back from Indiana. Nice thing is I can cook at work cuz they have a FULL kitchen. It's like bigger than my kitchen and living room! Woohoo!

Our boss Glenna (Karen who will be my boss at my new job works with me at the shelter) is taking a position elsewhere in the city. GAH! I like my boss I hope we don't get somebody annoying.

The fanfic I'm writing (more like have written/am posting) is being well received. Yea for me! I have fans! I'm also going to work on some one shots for a contest that will be able to a)stand on their own and b)semi connected. I have to write another fic for somebody because I promised her. I've got some vague ideas of what I can do but need to think harder. AND I have to start work on my original. Pfft makes me feel soooo lazy... er I mean overwhelmed. Yeah that's it. At least I have something to do on the nice long drive up to Indiana. Oh how I love writing smut.
